The Consumer Federation of America has 240 pro-consumer organizations with 50 million individual members. It is a lobbying group that represents consumer interests on Capitol Hill. It publishes CFA News eight times a year. Occasionally, it'll co publish a booklet on residential real estate with a related organization.
