Louisiana real estate inspection is an experienced home and building inspection service dedicated to providing a learning experience in conjunction with ASHI and LSBHI standards and code of ethics.

Our home inspections are of a general nature and are based upon visual examination of the readily accessible areas of the house. The inspection process is carried out in accordance with the standards of practice of ASHI and the louisiana state board of home inspectors.

About Louisiana home inspector Andrew Palmer:
Mr. Palmer was an inspector for two city of New Orleans housing programs. Mr. Polmer is a licensed home builder of Jefferson parish. Mr. Polmer was a founding member and past president of Louisiana ASHI, and served on the state task force which helped create the current Louisiana home inspector licensing act in 1999. He has inspected over 8,000 homes over the past 30 years.
