Inspection fees are based on the square footage of the home and although we don't negotiate our inspection fees, you can be rest assured that your inspection fee is reasonably priced and your inspector takes his time on the inspection and preparing the report(s) to give you one of the best values in the industry. Also, your inspector is available to you to answer questions before, during and after the inspection process.
