Morgan Builders and General Contractors Inc. has been serving the Baltimore, Annapolis and Washington DC Metropolitan community since 1985. We specialize in Maryland Home Inspections since 1997, in addition to providing commercial building inspections, water sampling tests, radon gas sampling tests, on-site waste disposal septic systems evaluations and consulting.
We are licensed by the Maryland Home Improvement Commission, as a general contractor. We have provided over 30 years of service to consumers for custom homes, custom renovations and alterations, general home repairs from minor replacements to major structural repairs, and home and building inspections.
When we inspect a home, we inspect in accordance with the Standard of care for the home inspection professional. This standard of practice is the most stringent and inclusive in the home inspection industry, requiring the inspector to examine and report on more components than the standards of practice of the various home inspection organizations.
We use a high standard of practice, instead of the usual minimum standards. To ensure that these standards are met, we use a comprehensive and detailed reporting format. Along with submitting ourselves to an annual re-certification process.
