Avenue Home Inspections Inc. home inspectors are committed to superior quality, comprehensive and thorough inspections performed by "professionally trained" home inspectors, 7 days/week. Clients are encouraged to accompany the inspector during the entire procedure and ask as many questions as they wish without time restraints.

We will not rush anyone when making the largest investment of their lifetime. Our responsibility extends well beyond the completion of the inspection, insisting that customers contact us with any and all questions or concerns at any time. Our service period never expires. in the event that we cannot answer questions by e-mail or telephone, we will be pleased to visit the home at no additional charge. The completed inspection report included within the 400 plus page Home Reference Book is submitted to the client on site immediately following completion of the home inspection. All home inspections are performed in accordance with the Canadian and Ontario Association of Home Inspectors' standards.
