We will not rush anyone when making the largest investment of their lifetime. Our responsibility extends well beyond the completion of the inspection, insisting that customers contact us with any and all questions or concerns at any time. Our service period never expires. in the event that we cannot answer questions by e-mail or telephone, we will be pleased to visit the home at no additional charge. The completed inspection report included within the 400 plus page Home Reference Book is submitted to the client on site immediately following completion of the home inspection. All home inspections are performed in accordance with the Canadian and Ontario Association of Home Inspectors' standards.
