Have over 30 years experience building new homes and renovating older homes. Other certifications for support services such as WETT, (for solid fuel appliances) Radon certified. My goal is to help you to be as familiar with the new home you are about to purchase along wiht needed items that need attention for safety as well as upkeep on the house.
