Shad home inspectors of Toronto Ontario are graduated Engineers who have worked in the engineering field in Canada for numerous years. In addition they hold Post Graduate Certificate and Certificate of Achievement in Home Inspections with honors from Humber College, Home Inspections program. They have also passed the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) exams and have certificates of achievement.

The educational competencies of Shad home inspectors is increasing on continuing basis with on-going continuing education programs and on-going certifications with different technical bodies.

Shad inspectors are members of Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI) and Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI) and are friendly, easy to understand, co-operative, technically sound and professional who are there to understand your requirements and work with you to give you a very impartial, independent review of the current situation of your new home.  We try to make your home inspection experience as easy as possible.
