Pre-purchase & Pre-Listing Home Inspections

Affinity Inspections offers two packages for pre-purchase inspections. The first one is our full pre-purchase inspection, which includes a detailed written report of all of the house systems that were inspected. As well a maintenance program and home repair estimate section is included. Our second package is the walk through package where all of the same house systems are inspected with the same amount of detail, but a verbal not a written report is given. We go through the entire property inspecting each system from the roof to the foundation and everything in between. Our obligation is to observe and report a comprehensive, fair and impartial assessment of all the components of the property in accordance with our industry's "Standards of Practice" and "Code of Ethics".
